New Direction in Change Management

A company started with the introduction of a new organization linked to process changes. The strategy was developed by an external company with the goal of independent implementation. The realization faltered because the concept did not sufficiently consider the DNA (employees, customer / supplier relationships, software). Despite the use of consultants, training of staff and the latest project management methods, the project threatened to fail.

ICG listened to everyone involved. Why didn`t the project continue? ICG identified the missing set pieces and implemented them in the implementation strategy. Thus, the planned change in the company could be introduced without headwind. Success factors:

  • Securing investments

  • Reduction of friction losses

  • Avoid conflict
